Nestled in the serene embrace of nature, Bis Hotel offers a quiet retreat just a stone's throw away from Florence. The spacious family room with a kitchenette was practical, although requesting utensils detracted from the seamless experience. The breakfast spread was ample, even accommodating gluten-free diets. While the weather deterred us from enjoying the pool, it added to the charm of the lush surroundings.The pleasant check-in process and ample parking were appreciated, highlighting the hotel's convenience. The well-kept rooms, though not the newest, provided a comfortable stay. The personalized touch of the receptionist acknowledging my wife's birthday exemplified the thoughtful service.However, with single-handed breakfast service during peak times, the need for additional staff was apparent for smoother operations. Bis Hotel, while catering primarily to business travelers, offers a decent value for leisure guests seeking a tranquil escape with a touch of Italian hospitality.
